What we collect through this website
- Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email, phone number and the details you choose to send. We use them to answer your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, message and any CV you attach. We use them to assess your application. Applications are also recorded in the recruitment system of Prime People, our related recruitment business.
- Website use: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected through Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
You do not have to give us your details, but we may not be able to respond to an enquiry or application without them.
Cookies and service providers
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Links to Google Maps take you to Google's site, which has its own privacy policy.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare's database service and delivered to our team by email through Google. These providers may store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We do not sell personal information.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions that significantly affect you solely or substantially by automated means. Our forms use automatic checks to filter spam; flagged messages are kept, not deleted, and can be reviewed by our team.
